The Benefits of Laughter


“Laughter is the best medicine”, as you always heard this statement to anyone. Cardiologist at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore found out that laughter may help protect against heart attack.

When you laugh, it is good for you heart because it lowers the blood pressure while increasing the amount of oxygen carried in the blood. It helps reduce stress, too!

Laughing makes you feel good, that’s true! If there’s something bothering you, or feel sad and someone makes you laugh. You’ll feel good and forget about
what you were upset about.





It also improves your breathing, lowers your blood pressure, helps you digest food, and reduces stress. It is also release endorphins, reduces depression, and feels you good.

So, don’t forget to laugh!
