The Benefits of Yoga


Hatha Yoga is a preliminary stage of physical cleansing of the body that practice high meditation or Yoga which concentrates the practice of  the posture exercise (asanas) and the breathing techniques (pranayama). This introduced by Yogi Swatmarama. The Hatha Yoga is comes from the Sanskrit terms which “ha” means “sun, and the “tha” means “moon”. It is referred to the positive and negative, the positive is the sun whereas the moon is the negative.





The benefits are; it improves your flexibility and muscle joint mobility, strengthens your tones and builds muscles, corrects posture and strengthens the spine and increase stamina. Hatha yoga eases the back pain and improves muscular-skeletal conditions.

It became popular in the west starting in the second half of the 20th century. Hatha yoga can decreases cholesterol and blood sugar levels and can weight loss, improves digestion, increases circulation, improves heart condition. It also increases body awareness, relieves stress, refreshes the body and can relax mind.

All benefits can help our health and body. So, take hatha yoga to relieve stress because our body needs to.
